Chinese Sausage with Celery

Heat up the vegetable oil and fry the pressed garlic in it until it starts to turn brown.

Dump the sausage in the vegetable oil with the garlic, and fry until the sausage pieces start to curl up.

When that's done, add sesame oil and water, followed quickly by the mushrooms, ginger and celery. Cook until the water has evaporated but don't overcook the celery; they should still be crisp. Serve immediately over steamed rice with cilantro as a garnish.
