Hi there,

WebNews 1.3.1 is available from http://www.dgate.org/webnews and
http://webnews.sourceforge.net.

Changes since 1.3:

Prevent WebNews from asking for the active file or new-groups list
twice on startup. Update subscription instructions slightly.
