[vmips] please help

Hi,
  I'm trying to compile your VMIPS work under RedHat linux 9.0,but the compiler seemed can't find makeoptdoc under the doc directory.And I can't find any useful information about the makeoptdoc.
  The compiler report error like this:
   
  Making all in doc
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/local/vmips-1.3.2/doc'
cd . && ./makeoptdoc options.texi
/bin/sh: line 1: ./makeoptdoc: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [options.texi] Error 127

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/vmips-1.3.2'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2
   
  So please give me some suggestion about my work !
