[vmips] Linux on VMIPS?

As a followup to my own post I think the SIGEMT actually gets vectored
to the 0x8000000 region when BEV = 0.  In that case, based on the
cause and from looking at panic. in the xmboot VMIPS sample code, it
would appear to be a "reserved" code.  The cause of this fault and the
fact that the panic isn't dispatched correctly via the exception
handling setup would appear to be 2 different problems.  Investigation
continues.
