[vmips] VMIPS 1.1.3 Release

VMIPS 1.1.3 has been released. VMIPS is a MIPS R3000 virtual machine
simulator with support for a serial console and GNU cross-compiler tools.
This is a bug-fix release.

VMIPS is free software available under the GNU General Public

features since the last publically released version are detailed in
"NEWS".

User-visible changes in version 1.1.3 (since version 1.1.2):
* A bug in comparing large immediate constants near UINT_MAX using the sltiu
instruction has been fixed.
* A bug where the meaning of the `dirty' bit in TLB entries was accidentally
reversed has been fixed.
* A bug in specifying which bits are treated as writable in the CP0 EntryLo
register by the tlbr instruction has been fixed. Thanks to Mingyu Chen
for pointing out these last two bugs.
To get the code from CVS as any bug fixes are added, checkout from branch
"vmips-1_1-branch". VMIPS 1.1.3 itself can be checked out using the tag
"release-1-1-3".
Please refer to the bug reporting instructions in the VMIPS manual
if you have trouble using the software.
